We have been informed that hundreds of WorkSafeBC Form 8 and Form 11 rejections are occurring due to “incomplete form transmission” for physicians on Telus and Wolf EMR systems. This appears to be the result of old service location codes being used.
All physicians should confirm that your EMR software has been fully updated with the new MSP Service Location Codes.
If you are on a Telus or Wolf EMR, please take action prior to December 30, 2021 to update your software. Failure to do so may result in refusal and failed transmission of your WorkSafe BC claims, and ultimately lost income.
We recommend contacting your EMR vendor directly as there are specific instructions about how to re-submit the previously rejected Form 8s and Form 11s.
