In an effort to serve you better, we have made some website improvements based on feedback from our members and direction from our Board.
We have consolidated all of our Billing Help resources and made them more visible on our main menu. We have created a Billing Question Library where you can read through the answers to frequently asked billing questions in order to help optimize your income. More billing questions will continue to be added as we develop this resource.
In addition, we want to increase our transparency and accountability to you by sharing the work that is in progress as well as the work that is completed. You can find information about our progress on our strategic priorities and Economics/Fee Code changes on the Our Impact page.
We believe that what we do as family physicians matters. Our goal is to help you better connect to purpose and do the work that you love. To that end, we are also highlighting our Physician Medical Home framework on our website. It identifies our needs as healthcare providers and as human beings. It’s about recognizing that patients and physicians need, and together make, a medical home.
