When a physician provides an injection or immunization (e.g. allergy shot, flu shot) in clinic, you can bill 98031/98061 ($25) and 98022/98052 ($10). This applies even if no other care was provided

You will also be billing Direct Patient Care Time (98010/98040) for the time spent with the patient.
