MSP has reported that a small number of claims for Telehealth Visit fee items (13537, 13637, 13737 and 13837) between June 1-16, 2020 may need to be resubmitted. The affected fee items would have been submitted to WorkSafeBC through Teleplan using the insurer code “WC”. Claims for fee item 13437 are unaffected and do not need to be resubmitted.
The claims will appear on the July 31st, 2020 remittance and will need to be resubmitted using the insurer code “WC”. This is due to a technical error at WorkSafeBC, causing a refusal of the original submissions.
