Located at 302 East Columbia Street, New Westminster, directly across from Royal Columbia Hospital, our clinic occupies the 3rd floor of a medical building. It includes five spacious exam rooms—four with scenic neighborhood views—and one smaller, fully-equipped room.
We are supported by a fantastic RN who knows our patients well and handles baby checks, mental health assessments, vaccinations, and preemptive patient needs. The medical staff includes three family doctors, two specialists, one NP, and one RN.
Our clinic feels like family. The office manager keeps the atmosphere light with regular treats, and our kitchen is stocked with snacks, tea, coffee, and all necessary appliances. The clinic is bright and beautifully decorated—patients often remark on how welcoming it feels.
Doctors here can create flexible work schedules, supported by remote and in-person care options. We use OSCAR as our EMR, which is straightforward, and staff are available for support.
Locums can benefit from a favorable 75/25 split for LFP billings, with private work billed at 90-95%, depending on effort involved. Our competent accountant provides detailed billing breakdowns, and payments are made every two weeks, with electronic transfers available.
The building is conveniently located near Highway 1 and a few blocks from the SkyTrain. It houses various medical services, a pharmacy, coffee shop, and underground parking. A dedicated parking spot is available for you.
