Description

Forward Care Medical Clinic – Oakridge, is looking to grow their team. They are a hybrid walk-in/family practice that is supported by a diabetic nurse, registered dietician, and an LPN who supports physicians taking advantage of call fees. This clinic has 8 exam rooms and 6 physicians working in the clinic. The clinic conducts appointments both virtually and in person. The patient population is full-spectrum.

Open to both fully and provisionally licensed candidates.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am-5pm
Other relevant information: This clinic offers an option for long-term FPs to opt-in to an in-house health care benefit plan.
