Nurse Practitioner – WELL Health Kerrisdale

Well Health – Kerrisdale, a clinic in the heart of Kerrisdale Village is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a Maternity Leave Cover.

Job specifics:
- Patient Panel: small panel, approximately 250 patients made up of mainly families and middle-aged professionals
- Setting: On-site, in-person care with the option for virtual appointments if the patient prefers. There are two senior NPs who can act as monitors if needed. On top of this, the medical director is a NP.
- Schedule: 16- 24 hours/week average (depending on FTE (0.4-0.6 FTE)). Flexible scheduling with the clinic open 7 days a week

They are a hybrid walk-in/family practice that has 13 exam rooms and one doctors office, with 10 physicians working in the clinic. The clinic conducts appointments both virtually and in person. The patient population is full-spectrum.

Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-7:30pm, Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday/Sunday 9am-2pm
Other relevant information: It is situated nearby pharmacies such as London Drugs and Shoppers Drug Mart, and a LifeLabs location is located within the same building. Qualifying physicians interested in moving their practice will be offered lucrative equity-based incentives as well as certain costs associated with moving a practice to this location
