Seymour Health Centre – Hornby, a clinic in downtown Vancouver is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a Maternity Leave Coverage from 02/12/24 - 05/12/25

Job specifics:
Patient Panel: a lovely panel of approximately 650 patients, with many young families and pediatrics.
Schedule: 2 telehealth days, and 2 in-person days

They are a hybrid walk-in/family practice that is supported by nursing staff, MOA and administrative support, billing clerks and in-house IT support. This modern, 31,500 square foot, multidisciplinary primary care centre has 50+ exam rooms with 15 physicians working in the clinic. The clinic conducts appointments both virtually and in person. The patient population is full-spectrum.

Hours: Monday-Saturday 8am-10pm, Sunday 9am-5pm
