Meadowbrook Family Practice – Feb 2025 to Nov 2025 Locum

Meadowbrook Family Practice is seeking a dedicated locum physician for a MATERNITY LEAVE position starting from February to November 2025 inclusive. Our clinic is located in a modern medical facility that includes on-site lab and imaging services for convenience. You have the option of billing LFP for this contract or being on a New to Practice (NTP contract). On the NTP contract you will pay no overhead!

The practice features six exam rooms, shared daily by 3-4 doctors, and a bright, spacious workspace with large windows, ideal for note writing, administrative tasks, and collaboration with colleagues. Our team consists of supportive and experienced professionals, including six MDs (mostly part-time), two nurse practitioners (NPs), three medical office assistants (MOAs), and a registered nurse (RN). Our RN assists with well-child appointments, prenatal care, complex care management, vaccinations, and quality improvement projects. You'll also be supported by our clinic manager, who has been with us for over 10 years. This is a teaching practice and all colleagues are very open to teaching.

0.7 FTE NTP contract
Current schedule:
Monday: full day in-office
Wednesday: virtual morning, in-office afternoon
Friday: full day in-office

There is flexibility as to when you want to do your virtual hours

Approximately 25 hours of clinical work per week, with 2-3 hours of administrative work. The manageable panel size keeps the inbox light and organized.
Flexible virtual hours and billing options (FFS or LFP).
*No Overhead contributions on NTP contract!*
