Long Term Care Family Physician – Kopernik Lodge

Kopernik Lodge is an 88-bed long term care home currently being supported by four Long Term Care Initiative (LTCI) practitioners. Locum placements provide flexibility, allow you to diversify your work, and to get a feel for the LTC landscape in Vancouver. Paid orientation is available as well as a strong community of practice to build your skill set and confidence. In addition to LFP or fee-for-service payments, locums who join the LTCI also qualify for incentive payments for attending events, participating in quality improvement projects, and participating in the after-hours care program (if the locum duration is 6 months or longer).
