Locum Family Physician (Maternity Leave) – Care Point Medical (Davie)

Care Point Medical Clinic, a clinic in the West End is seeking a Locum FP for maternity leave coverage.

The clinic is seeking a locum to for coverage in January - March 2025. The position operates under the LFP payment model, and the successful candidate will take on a small patient panel of approximately 265 patients. There is also the option to fill the schedule with walk-in patients, and opportunities to perform minor procedures.

The patient panel consists mostly of young, healthy individuals, with a few older patients managing chronic diseases. These patients are well-connected with specialists. The family physician will be available for support and questions at any time, and there will be additional support from multiple doctors and nurse practitioners in the clinic.

Parking/Bike/Transit information: Easily accessible by transit, free physician parking is available.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM, Saturdays optional, 10AM - 3PM (telemed or in-clinic)
