Locum Family Physician – Heather Medical Clinic

Heather Medical Clinic, a bright and modern clinic in the heart of West Broadway, is looking for a locum Family Physician for 5hours/week.

They are a hybrid walk-in/family practice that is supported by a pediatrician. This well-established clinic spans 2 floors, with the main floor housing the main clinic space and waiting area, 5 exam rooms and 1 counselling room, and the lower level holding an additional 4 physicians’ offices and a lounge. There are currently 3 physicians working in the clinic. The clinic conducts appointments both virtually and in person. The patient population is full-spectrum.

Parking/Bike/Transit information: Free physician parking provided/Bike storage available/Easily accessible via Cambie sky train station (1/2 block away) and the UBC bus (outside the front door)

Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, with flexibility to accommodate the incoming physician’s desired schedule

Other relevant information: This very friendly and collegial clinic is located in the bustling Broadway corridor with easy access to many restaurants and shops nearby. Other medical offices in the building include a Chiropractor, Physiotherapist, RMT, and an Anesthesiologist who specializes in pain management and aesthetic medicine. There is an opportunity for a physician joining the clinic long-term to have their own private office. Incentives available and can be negotiated.
