Position: Primary Care Physician for Youth (Ages 12-24) (Locum)

What We Offer:

Flexible Scheduling: Choose shifts that fit your availability from the following options:
Monday: 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM
Tuesday: 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM or 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM or 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Thursday: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Potential future Friday shift
Supportive Environment: Collaborative care with a full-service team including counsellors, nurses, social workers, and peer support workers.
Comprehensive Care: Provide episodic care including sexual health, contraception, minor injuries/illnesses, and immunizations.
Advanced Technology: Hybrid clinic offering both virtual and in-person services.
Remuneration: Sessional pay provided by the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD), Fraser Health Authority (FHA), and the Ministry of Health (MOH).

About Foundry Abbotsford: Opened in 2018, Foundry Abbotsford is one of the busiest and largest Foundry centres in the province, providing free and confidential care for youth ages 12 to 24. The centre aims to increase access to health and wellness resources, services, and supports, including mental health care, physical and sexual healthcare, and peer supports.

Position: Family Physician (Locum)
