Casa Mia is a 97-bed long term care home that will be opening in June 2023. The care home will require three practitioners to support the resident caseload. Further information about the care home can be found at their website http://tcgcare.com/casa-mia

Practitioners working in LTCI care homes will work with an interdisciplinary care team: physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, allied health, and the care home leadership team. If you are new to long term care, there is paid mentorship available as well as a strong community of practice to build your skill set and confidence. In addition to fee-for-service payments, practitioners who join the LTCI program also qualify for incentive payments if they meet the best-practice expectations in their care home work.
