The Canadian Association of Physicians for the Environment (CAPE) invites physicians and members of the public to attend the Healthy Climate Solutions Fair, a public exhibition that explores the impacts of climate change and highlights the solutions we can use to transition to clean energy.
Dates: Saturday, August 20, 2022 and September 17, 2022
Time: 11am to 3pm
Location: Milton Wong Plaza, Olympic Village, Vancouver, BC
The exhibits include energy solutions in Canada like wind, water, and solar, battery storage and green hydrogen. Industry experts will be onsite to answer questions from kids and adults about:
- how to balance the energy grid
- electrifying buildings
- green and active transportation
- reducing energy use and improving efficiency- working models of heat pumps, solar panels and more
