We are proud to announce the release of our 2025-2028 Strategic Plan, outlining a focused vision for the future of family medicine to build a healthier British Columbia.

Family doctors are the foundation of our healthcare system. This plan focuses on three key priorities: lead the evolution of family medicine, deepen physician engagement and redefine our collective work. These priorities reflect extensive input from our members across the province and build on recent advocacy successes.

Together, we will advance equitable compensation, expand team-based care and ensure family doctors lead healthcare reform. We will grow our community, provide better tools and resources and strengthen partnerships to create a more integrated and resilient system.

We invite all members and partners to join us in building a future where family doctors and patients thrive.
