Virtual course to help improve your advocacy skills

Are you interested in learning more about how to advocate effectively? Would you like to learn about how to prepare advocacy plans and frameworks to help lead meaningful change in spaces where physicians work? Are you ready to use your voice for doctors to be heard?

Doctors of BC and CMA PLI Joule are offering another virtual Physician Leadership Institute Course: Advocacy for Change

The course is designed specifically for physicians and is free for Doctors of BC members. The next session is on Sept 14, 2022 from 9:00am-12:15pm – deadline to register is Aug 31st, 2022.

You will need a cma.ca account in order to register. Non-CMA members will be required to create an account by selecting the “physician” option from the drop-down menu. If you have a CMA number but don’t remember it, you can contact member services at 1-888-855-2555 for assistance.

Take this opportunity to learn more about the key elements of effective advocacy and build valuable skills to benefit you and your colleagues.
