Indirect patient care includes completion of clinically required forms, reports, and medical certificates of death. Examples include:
- Special Authority Forms
- Plan G Application
- Palliative care Benefits Program Application
- Biosimilars Initiative forms
- Incapability Assessment Report Form
Note: The Teleplan-payable form fee is not payable for physicians enrolled in the LFP Payment Model.
Forms for BC government ministries other than the Ministry of Health cannot be billed under the LFP Payment Model. Please see What are some examples of BC government forms that are NOT billable under the LFP Payment Model?
