Nurse Practitioner – yYoung Medical Clinic

This Vancouver clinic is looking to have a Nurse Practitioner join their clinical team. As part of a multi-disciplinary approach to full-service family medicine, an interested NP would work collaboratively in the team environment and start their own patient panel as per Ministry requirements.

This will be a full-time or part-time salaried position. This clinic is excited to add to their team a Nurse Practitioner interested in working together to provide primary care for the surrounding community of patients. This initiative is part of Primary Care Networks (PCNs) evolving in Vancouver. NPs interested in this opportunity should be willing to work collaboratively and participate in PCN development in the community.

yYoung Medical Clinic, a clinic just minutes away from Science World, is looking to grow its team. It is a hybrid walk-in/family practice supported by a nurse practitioner, clinical counsellor, and integrated pharmacy. The clinic has 5 exam rooms, a physician’s office, and 2 physicians. The clinic conducts appointments both virtually and in person, serving a full-spectrum patient population.

Clinic Hours (subject to change):
- Mondays: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Tuesdays: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm
- Wednesdays: 8:00 am – 7:30 pm
- Thursdays: 8:00 am – 6:30 pm
- Fridays: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Saturdays: 1:00 pm – 4:30 pm (only if practitioners are available)

Other Relevant Information: Hours can be extended to accommodate incoming physicians’ preferences.
