If I am enrolled in the LFP Payment Model, can I provide care to a patient who is on the panel of another physician in my clinic?

Yes, you can bill under the LFP Payment Model when providing services to patients on the panel of another physician at your same LFP Clinic. These are not subject to the 30% limit on Clinic non-panel Services.
