Several fees for longitudinal family physicians require that an annual Portal Code (14070, 14071, 14072) be billed. In order for you to bill these fees in 2023, you need to bill the appropriate Portal Code. We recommend reviewing the billing rules to ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria prior to billing.
