Locum Family Physician – Raven Song Community Health Centre

Ongoing locum needed. Dates are negotiable.

Raven Song Community Health Centre, located in the vibrant Mount Pleasant neighbourhood, is looking for locums. This community health centre provides both virtual and in-person appointments. The patient population consists of individuals living with complex clinical and psychosocial needs who are often vulnerable, underserved, and require a higher intensity of services to achieve and maintain functional stability.
