Description

Forward Care Medical Clinic – East Vancouver is looking for a locum to cover vacations in 2025. Locum working days are flexible and hours can be anytime during the clinic operating hours which are Monday-Saturday 8:30am-5pm.

They are a family practice that is supported by a LPN, PCN RN and a wonderful team of MOAs. The clinic has 8 exam rooms. The clinic conducts appointments both virtually and in person. The patient population is full-spectrum.

Available locum dates:
- May 27 – June 5, 2025
- All of July and August 2025
