Congratulations to Maryam Zeinedden, 2025 BCBusiness Woman of the Year! Maryam received the Woman of the Year award in the category of Change Maker for her work in driving positive change.

The awards ceremony, held on June 10, showcased Maryam’s leadership as an entrepreneur, innovator, advocate and community builder. Maryam wears many leadership hats – Board president of BC Family Doctors, co-founder of Ambleside Medical Centre and founder of Zili Care – and we thrilled that she has been recognized for her significant impact on her patients, our profession and the community.

Being named Woman of the Year is an honor and I am deeply humbled to be recognized among such inspiring women in BC. Change is never a solo act, so I extend my gratitude to BC Family Doctors, its staff, team, and all our members, Maryam says.
