This year marked a major shift as we moved from planning to action on the 2025-2028 Strategic Plan, using it as a foundation for strengthening our priorities:

• Deepening physician engagement 
• Promoting team-based care  
• Redefining our collective work 

These achievements are a direct result of you, our members, being engaged and proactive. Together, we will bring a better, more equitable healthcare system to British Columbians.
