Takeover – Commercial Drive Medical Clinic

Seeking a panel takeover of approximately 625 patients starting mid-February 2026. The current panel includes a mix of family medicine patients across all age groups.

Remuneration: LFP 87/13; FFS 80/20; 100% private payments

The family physician would be responsible for comprehensive primary care, including chronic disease management, preventive care, and episodic visits.

Strong administrative and clinical team support is in place to ensure continuity of care and a smooth handover.
Commercial Drive Medical Clinic, a clinic in the Grandview-Woodland area of Vancouver, is looking to grow their team. They are a hybrid family practice that is supported by a pharmacist, ENT, and pediatrician. The clinic has 2 patient rooms and 1 office available for an incoming doctor, with 4 physicians supported by 4 MOAs. The clinic conducts appointments both virtually and in person. The patient population is full-spectrum with many international patients.
