Shaughnessy Medical Clinic, in the prestigious Oak/Shaughnessy neighbourhood, is seeking full-time or part-time Family Physicians – new to practice or experienced – to join a collegial team of three physicians. The clinic is minutes from VGH, BC Women’s, and BC Children’s Hospital.

Compensation

Competitive, graduated overhead to support onboarding:
0% – Month 1
10% – Months 2–3
20% – Months 4–12
25% thereafter
No overhead on LFP patient panel payments
Schedule & Autonomy

Full physician autonomy over clinic days and hours, patient volume and appointment structure
Work as much or as little as you choose and no on-call responsibilities
