Seeking part-time or full-time paneled family physicians for the clinic's physical launch in October 2026.
Remuneration
75/25, FFS, LFP+ bonus for paneled physicians

Sapphire Medical Clinic is a new physician-founded, physician-led family practice at 1012 Beach Avenue in Vancouver, built for physicians who value clinical excellence, efficient practice, professional autonomy, continued growth, and strong colleagues.

We are designing the clinic to reduce unnecessary administrative burden through:

Strong MOA and administrative support
Efficient clinic workflows
AI-assisted documentation and administrative tools
Flexible scheduling
Shared cross-coverage for vacation and time away
Support for LFP and FFS practice models
We welcome physicians who enjoy a productive clinical day, take ownership of their practice, maintain high clinical and professional standards, and want to continue developing as physicians.

Just as importantly, we are deliberately building a group of physicians who are collaborative, grounded, fun to work with, and genuinely enjoy being around one another

Full-scope family medicine is encouraged, including procedures, teaching, mentorship, and developing areas of clinical expertise.

Flexible Practice Options
We are recruiting:

Full-time physicians
Part-time physicians
Physicians interested in smaller recurring commitments (including trial shifts of 4 hours/week)
Locums - Long term and short term
Physicians may build a new panel, transfer an existing panel, provide locum coverage, or discuss a blended arrangement.
