Nurse Practitioner – Francophone Community Health Centre

Francophone Community Health Centre, a multidisciplinary team-based approach clinic in Kitsilano is looking to have a Nurse Practitioner join their clinical team. As part of a multi-disciplinary approach to full-service family medicine, an interested NP would work collaboratively in the team environment and start their own patient panel as per Ministry requirements.

This will be a full-time or part-time contract position. This clinic is excited to add to their team a Nurse Practitioner interested in working together to provide primary care for the surrounding community of patients. This initiative is part of Primary Care Networks (PCNs) evolving in Vancouver. NPs interested in this opportunity should be willing to work collaboratively and participate in PCN development in the community.

The clinic has 4 exam rooms and 1 charting room. The CHC offers longitudinal care (including mental health and addiction services). The priority population is French-speaking patients of all ages living in BC who have experienced significant barriers accessing health care in the English-speaking primary care system. Very diverse population in terms of immigration status, ethnicities, gender, income levels, etc.

Clinic Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
Parking/transit information: Underground pay parking and some free street parking, easily accessible by transit.
