Mint Medical Clinic, a clinic built in 2023 is looking to grow their team with room for 2 more full-time physician equivalents (part-time physicians welcome).
The clinic is a full-scope family practice that is well supported by multiple MOAs, an LPN and an RN. This modern clinic has 7 exam rooms, 2 physician offices, a lunchroom, and a private staff washroom, with 4 physicians working in the clinic.

The clinic conducts appointments both virtually and in person, using both Oscar Juno EMR integrated with Cortico/e-fax and Telus Med-access integrated with Ocean/E-fax.

Overhead split:

LFP, FFS, 75/25 split to annual maximum; 100% panel payment to physician. Total overheard can be < 20% for full time physicians based on the payment structure. The clinic has been successful obtaining NTP contracts as well.
