Located in Vancouver’s vibrant Sunset neighborhood, South Vancouver Medical Clinic is a well-established, high-volume hybrid walk-in and family practice clinic. We are currently expanding our team and looking for dedicated physicians and nurse practitioners to join our supportive and collaborative environment.

South Vancouver Medical Clinic is a busy, physician-led medical clinic providing comprehensive family medicine and urgent care services to a diverse patient population in Vancouver. We offer a supportive, collegial environment with excellent administrative support, modern technology, and flexible scheduling options.

The clinic is well-established with strong patient demand and is ideal for physicians seeking flexibility, excellent earning potential, and the opportunity to provide both longitudinal family medicine and episodic care.

JOB SPECIFICS
Long-term locum opportunity with an established patient panel. High
volume of immigration medicals and other uninsured services provides
income above typical family practice locums. 80/20 split for LFP
billings or 75/25 split for FFS billings. OSCAR EMR and experienced
MOA support.

COMPENSATION

• 80/20 split for physicians billing under the Longitudinal Family Physician (LFP) Payment Model while providing locum coverage
• 75/25 split for Fee-for-Service billings
• Immediate patient demand and established patient panels
• No panel buy-in required
• Full administrative and MOA support
• Free on-site parking
