Little Mountain Place

Little Mountain Place is a 116-bed long term care home currently being supported by four Long Term Care Initiative (LTCI) practitioners. A locum practitioner is required for leave cover over summer/fall 2023. Little Mountain Place is a non-denominational care home with the philosophy of resident and family centered care. Locum placements provide flexibility, allow you to diversify your work, and to get a feel for the LTC landscape in Vancouver. In addition to fee-for-service payments, locums who join the LTCI program also receive additional funding if they meet the LTCI best practice expectations in their care home work. Paid mentorship is available as well as a strong community of practice to build your skill set and confidence.
