Description

Seeking a Family Physician / Primary Care Locum for March 2026 (with flexibility for 4–6 weeks centered around that time) in Smithers, BC.

The hosting physician is offering their cozy and comfortable home for accommodations. You can even be provided the companionship of their friendly dog (optional).

The locum could be flexible to do either clinic only (2 days per week for the hosting physician’s practice but if you wanted more we’d likely have no trouble getting more days between the other 5 doctors that would like to take time off from the clinic), OR clinic plus hosting physician’s ER shifts (currently Mondays from 8-13:30 and usually 1-2 weekend days per month). If keen on ER there are usually extra night shifts as well.
