Board member honoured with excellence award

Congratulations to our new board member, Dr. Liz Zubek, who is being recognized for going above and beyond in community service! Liz is a long-standing member of BC Family Doctors, and was recently elected to our Board as the District Delegate for the Fraser Valley.

Liz received a Division Member Excellence Award from the Ridge Meadows Division of Family Practice, for local physicians who have made a big impact in the community.

“Liz has been a great example to all of the physicians in our community for showing up and putting her muscle into all of the change that is needed,” said Treena Innes, Ridge Meadows Division of Family Practice Executive Director, as quoted in the Maple Ridge Pitt Meadows News.
