For a limited time, Well Health medical clinics throughout the lower mainland are offering locum Family Physicians the potential to earn a competitive split, by simply working 3 or more shifts per week.

You will have great paying shifts, a flexible schedule, minimal commitment, and dedicated support staff. You will be helping reduce the workload of our full-time family physicians, and as a result prevent burnouts.

Here is how it works: 
- Commit to 3 or more shifts per week or 12 shifts per month  
- See a minimum of 30 patients per shift, typically a shift is 5-6 hours (you choose) 
- Commit for a full year and receive the equity grant
- Take advantage of other incentives day 1 

Test drive program details:  
- You have your own dedicated personal scheduler to curate your custom schedule  
- Receive up to $20,000 annually consisting of cash & equity bonus on top of highly competitive split  
- Cash bonus will be paid out quarterly, total of $10K annually (4 x $2,500 quarterly cash payments)
- Annual equity grant of $2K in WELL Health Common Shares after the first full 12 months of locum coverage
