Family doctors are the foundation of our healthcare system. This plan focuses on three key priorities: lead the evolution of family medicine, deepen physician engagement and redefine our collective work. These priorities reflect extensive input from our members across the province and build on recent advocacy successes.
Together, we will advance equitable compensation, expand team-based care and ensure family doctors lead healthcare reform. We will grow our community, provide better tools and resources and strengthen partnerships to create a more integrated and resilient system.
