We are a shared practice, and since i am just starting my patient load is NOT heavy at all and thats what i intend to keep for a long time. It will be a good easy few weeks if you choose to locum here..:) and also you can get a feel of what the practice offers if you want to join a full time position..:) One of the previous locums is now our full time partners as well..:)
