Nurse Practitioner – South Vancouver Medical Clinic

This Vancouver clinic is looking to have a Nurse Practitioner join their clinical team. As part of a multi-disciplinary approach to full-service family medicine, an interested NP would work collaboratively in the team environment and start their own patient panel as per Ministry requirements.

This will be a full-time or part-time salaried position. This clinic is excited to add to their team a Nurse Practitioner interested in working together to provide primary care for the surrounding community of patients. This initiative is part of Primary Care Networks (PCNs) evolving in Vancouver. NPs interested in this opportunity should be willing to work collaboratively and participate in PCN development in the community.

Located in Vancouver’s vibrant Sunset neighborhood, South Vancouver Medical Clinic is a well-established, high-volume hybrid walk-in and family practice clinic. About the Clinic:

-Multidisciplinary support: Work alongside an internist, physiotherapists, kinesiologists, acupuncturists, and registered massage therapists
-8 fully equipped exam rooms
-Current team of 4 physicians
-Offers both in-person and virtual appointments
-Diverse patient population including young families, immigrants, children, and seniors
-No oxycodone or methadone prescribing
