Nurse Practitioner – Care Point Medical Clinic (Davie)

Full-time NP needed.

This Vancouver clinic is looking to have a Nurse Practitioner join their clinical team. As part of a multi-disciplinary approach to full-service family medicine, an interested NP would work collaboratively in the team environment and start their own patient panel as per Ministry requirements.

This will be a full-time or part-time salaried position. This clinic is excited to add to their team a Nurse Practitioner interested in working together to provide primary care for the surrounding community of patients. This initiative is part of Primary Care Networks (PCNs) evolving in Vancouver. NPs interested in this opportunity should be willing to work collaboratively and participate in PCN development in the community.

Care Point Medical Clinic – Davie, a clinic in the West End, is looking to expand their team. This hybrid walk-in and family practice is supported by a Nurse Practitioner and features five exam rooms and four physicians. The clinic offers both virtual and in-person appointments, serving a diverse patient population across various ages and medical complexities.

Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM
- Saturdays optional, 10AM – 3PM (telemed or in-clinic)
