Nurse Practitioner – Care Point Medical Clinic (Commercial Dr)

Care Point Medical Clinic, a busy clinic in the Commercial Drive area is looking to have a Nurse Practitioner join their clinical team. As part of a multi-disciplinary approach to full-service family medicine, an interested NP would work collaboratively in the team environment and start their own patient panel as per Ministry requirements.

This will be a full-time or part-time salaried position. This clinic is excited to add to their team a Nurse Practitioner interested in working together to provide primary care for the surrounding community of patients. This initiative is part of Primary Care Networks (PCNs) evolving in Vancouver. NPs interested in this opportunity should be willing to work collaboratively and participate in PCN development in the community.

They are a family practice with 5 exam rooms, additional offices, and a kitchen. 3 physicians are working in the clinic, with a possibility for more to join. The clinic conducts appointments both virtually and in person. The patient population is full-spectrum.
