There are currently more than 2000 patients on a waitlist. Hours of work are flexible. The clinic uses Oscar EMR,and offers billing support. Payment structure is fee-for-service or new Longitudinal Family Physician (LFP) Payment Model, split arrangement is 80/20 . The clinic is offering 85/15 for the first month.Overhead includes everything such as MOA, EMR, and equipment. Physicians will be responsible for college registration and liability insurance (CMPA). The range of potential full-time annual earnings is $400,000-$600,000.Incentives Available to the Physician:• $10,000 signing bonus for full time position• Dental/Medical Extended Health Benefit• 85/15 split for the first month• income guarantee for full-time physicians.
