ROLE AND FACILITY INFORMATION:
Northern Health is seeking a Family Physician with full-scope skills/experience to join a well-established Family Medicine/walk-in clinic and also provide Emergency Room coverage in Dawson Creek, British Columbia, Canada. The community has several clinics that work cooperatively.
This practice opportunity could also include:
• Maternity
• Primary OB
• Advanced OB with C-section (if qualified)
• Surgical assists
• Anesthesia (if qualified)

Compensation type: Fee-for-Service
Estimated Remuneration: $350,000+ (if doing maternity, primary OB and surgical assists, all of which are available)
BENEFITS AND INCENTIVES
May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including:
Retention Premium: 23.10%
Retention Flat Fee: $35,055.90
Relocation Funding Available: $9,000 - $15,000 (TBD)
Recruitment Incentive: $20,000

REEF (Rural Emergency Enhancement Funding) and MOCAP (Medical On Call Availability Program) available on top of MSP billings. Rural Education Action Plan (REAP) available. Rural Continuing Medical Education (RCME) available.
Relocation funding available: $15,000 if relocating from outside of Canada; $12,000 if relocating within Canada but outside of BC; $9,000 if relocating within BC. Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) funding is subject to change without notice.
