Our proposed overhead split is as follows: Annual billings up to $400,000: 26% + GST. Additional billings over $400,000 annually: 20% + GST.
CRC Health Centre is a physician-run multidisciplinary clinic located in central Richmond. We welcome clinicians who want to join us to start a new practice, grow their panel, or locum. Our location is highly visible and easily accessible. Patients can park directly in front of the clinic in a covered parkade. We are located at the intersection of Cambie and No. 3 Road, steps from Aberdeen Center and the Canada Line Skytrain station.
The clinic is open six days a week with the opportunity to work in a hybrid telehealth/ in-person model using remote EMR and Telus Business Connect phone access.
As a group practice, family physicians can cover each other's patients so you will not be required to find short-term locums. We may hire additional locum physicians to cover the overflow work, whenever necessary. We have staff members who will monitor after-hours calls. If there are any urgent matters requiring your attention, you will be notified and supported.
We have rapid access to specialists in-house, including Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Rheumatology, Allergy & Immunology, and Clinical Pharmacists. One of the physicians organizes sponsored lunches and evening talks for healthcare professionals for continuing medical education. We have a hard working group of MOAs who are experienced and dedicated to helping run the clinic operations smoothly.
