In this circumstance, you can bill ICBC for the MVA-related care AND you can bill a LFP patient interaction code for the service payable under the LFP Payment Model. Both the fee-for-service code(s) and patient interaction code are payable in full.

Time Codes are not payable under the LFP Payment Schedule for any of the time during the patient interaction, including the portion of time spent on the service payable under the LFP Payment Model.

Start and end times for the MVA-related care should be entered on the fee-for-service codes.
