Are you considering returning to teaching medical students or residents? Or interested in improving your teaching skills?

Remember: If you have switched to the LFP Payment Model, there is now improved remuneration for clinical teaching. For both fee-for-service and LFP Payment Model physicians, some services provided by clinical learners are also payable.

Join “A Day in the Life of a Preceptor,” a teaching curriculum for family doctors, by family doctors. This teaching course was designed around the needs of community-based family doctors.

The curriculum includes a mix of live meetings, self-paced e-learning content, and a Small Group Case-Based Learning Session hosted by your Division. It is certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada for up to 36 Mainpro+ certified credits.

This is a partnership between UBC and the Divisions of Family Practice, so registrants must be part of a participating Division. Currently participating Divisions are Delta, Fraser Northwest, Richmond, Surrey-North Delta, and Vancouver.
