Description
Looking for a locum physician to cover my maternity leave at Five Points Medical Clinic. I have a panel of approximately 1000 patients. Any or all portion of my leave is welcome. I typically do 4 half days of in-person and 4-6 half days of virtual but schedule is flexible. Modern clinic space and two rooms available during in-person.
