WELL Health – Central City clinic puts patients and their family’s health first. We are committed to empowering patients with care that results in improved health outcomes. Located near the busy Central City shopping complex which contains close to 140 retail stores, restaurants and services as well as the Simon Fraser University campus and a AAA office tower. This is a newly renovated clinic with friendly staff and physicians. Well situated for transit, you have fast and easy access to sky train and feeder routes to airport, Richmond, Delta, New Westminster, Burnaby and Vancouver. Surrey Memorial Hospital is 5 minutes away.
Our Central City location is a multi-disciplinary and multi-physician clinic with a very collegiate atmosphere and a physician focused MOA support team. The clinic also provides virtual and telehealth options which can be accessed at home. The ideal practitioner would be able to provide full-scope family practice either full-time or part-time. The WELL Health team will work closely with you to ensure there is a smooth transition of the practice. You can expect flexible hours and would be masters of your own schedule. You will have the opportunity to work the way you want!

Financials:
Overhead Agreement: Monthly (PCN)
*The financial agreement in the clinic is coordinated through with the Director of Recruitment.

Practice Details:
- Access to 2 exam rooms during shifts, clinic has 7 exam rooms, 1 treatment room
- Shared office space
- Accuro EMR

Hours:
Flexible! Walk-in Available. The clinic is open Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3 pm. The new practitioner will work out a customized schedule with the clinic manager.
*No strict policy around time off

Hospital and ER Dept shifts:
These are not part of the expectation of our community or clinic.

Special Services:
Pharmacy and Life Labs close by and 5 minutes from Surrey Memorial Hospital.

On Call Arrangement:

Staff:
The clinic currently has 3 physicians. There is an onsite office manager and MOA’s who can all help with the transition process.

Files:
The Clinic is currently using Accuro EMR. There are no paper charts associated with the practice
