We are a young group of 3 physicians that share the same patient panel. We alternate working one week at time allowing us to either do other work (hospitalist, ED, surgical assist, etc) or just enjoy life when not working in clinic. We cover each other's labs so when not working, there is no stress from having to follow the clinic labs or paperwork. We are on a fixed rate contract with all overhead covered so the pay is $185/hr with no additional overhead. We are happy to have locums for any week you are available and are hoping to eventually add 4-5 doctors to our practice in total splitting the same panel so that we can work 1 week per month in clinic while allowing for easy time off scheduling for vacations. We are happy to have doctors looking for a single week locum or doctors looking for recurrent/regular work who might consider joining in the future as a regular partner. Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA):
Recruitment Incentive: $10,000 (pro-rated based on FTE)
Relocation Costs Reimbursement: up to a maximum of $15,000
Retention Flat Fee: $7,977.42
Rural CME:
Years 3 & 4: $2,200/annum
After 4 years: $4,400/annum
