Nurse Practitioner – Vancouver Family Practice Centre

This Vancouver clinic is looking to have a Nurse Practitioner join their clinical team. As part of a multi-disciplinary approach to full-service family medicine, an interested NP would work collaboratively in the team environment and start their own patient panel as per Ministry requirements.

This will be a full-time or part-time salaried position. This clinic is excited to add to their team a Nurse Practitioner interested in working together to provide primary care for the surrounding community of patients. This initiative is part of Primary Care Networks (PCNs) evolving in Vancouver. NPs interested in this opportunity should be willing to work collaboratively and participate in PCN development in the community.

Vancouver Family Practice Centre, a clinic in Fairview, is looking to expand its team. It is a full-scope family practice with 11 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners supporting the clinic. The clinic has 12 exam rooms, including a procedure room, and conducts appointments both virtually and in person. The clinic serves a full-spectrum patient population.

Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Friday: 8:30 am – 4:00 pm
