Permanent Family Physician at Docs on the Bay

We have an exciting opportunity to join our well-established clinic located in the heart of Horseshoe Bay, where the ocean meets the mountains. Our clinic has been serving the community for over 45 years with a focus on family practice and a commitment to providing quality patient care.

We have cultivated a diverse and supportive medical team that includes seven family physicians, a psychologist, a counselor, a pharmacist, a mental health clinician, and a nurse to provide comprehensive care to our patients. In addition, we have five dedicated Patient Care Coordinators to ensure seamless patient experiences.

We are looking for a physician to take over a panel of patients with minimal complexity, primarily consisting of middle-aged and older women who are generally in good health. This is a great opportunity for a new graduate as there is also room to increase the patient load and grow the patient panel.

Horseshoe Bay is a charming and pedestrian-friendly small community known for its natural beauty, friendly locals, and diverse dining and shopping options. It serves as the gateway to Howe Sound, offering a unique lifestyle that seamlessly blends coastal living with mountain vistas.

The clinic is transitioning to the LFP model but there is an opportunity for a New to Practice contract if the applicant is eligible.
